Sonya was devastated to see Buster straining uncomfortably while on a morning walk. When she noticed blood in Buster's urine, she quickly took him to the vet. There X-rays showed Buster is suffering from painful bladder stones that mean he is unable to urinate properly. Veterinary staff have determined Buster needs urgent surgery to remove the bladder stones and save his life. 

Sonya took Buster in from a friend who could no longer care for him, and the pair have been inseparable since. Sonya let us know that she struggles with her mental health, and Buster is her number one support. Pouring all her love into Buster and seeing his excitement to play, explore, and go for walks each day keeps Sonya going through it all.
