Frank has been through more than any dog ever should. She was found abandoned in a parking lot during the Covid lockdown and taken in by Noelle, who never stopped searching for her family. When no one came forward, Frank became Noelle’s whole world. 

Noelle and Frank have since escaped a distressing situation that left Noelle hospitalized and without stable housing. Living on a very limited disability income and facing serious health challenges, Noelle says Frank is her source of comfort, stability, and emotional support. “Her daily walks saved my life,” Noelle shared. “Her amazing being keeps me going to this day.”  

Now Frank is suffering from severe dental disease that is causing her ongoing pain and discomfort. Without treatment, her condition could worsen and lead to serious complications. Watching Frank suffer while being unable to afford her care has been heartbreaking for Noelle. 

Frank is a little character who adores people, takes her walk schedule very seriously, and loves sleeping under the covers. She has been patiently waiting for the dental surgery she needs to finally be pain free.
