About Louie

Sweet Louie is suffering from a painful urinary blockage. His guardian, Geoff, is heartbroken.  

Geoff told the VHS, “Louie is no ordinary cat. He is pure love, the best emotional support companion we could ask for. He pets your face when you are sad, he forces cuddles until he knows you are okay, and he greets you at the door demanding ‘uppies’ like a toddler. He adores hugs, never stops purring, and has brought endless comfort to our family through hard times. We don’t want to lose our baby” 

Geoff’s partner recently lost her job of 14 years as a caregiver, and their family is struggling to make ends meet. Under normal circumstances, Geoff and his partner would be able to cover Louie’s veterinary bill, but with so many challenges all at once, it is simply beyond their reach.
