Sweet Zeus the cat is a real gentleman who acts like the perfect host when guests visit, greeting everyone who comes through the door. He is talkative, affectionate, and even plays fetch. 

When Zeus became lethargic and began vomiting repeatedly, his guardian, Asuka, rushed him to the vet, where imaging confirmed an intestinal blockage caused by thread. Asuka believes Zeus may have gotten into sewing thread near her sewing machine while she was managing a medical situation involving her infant daughter, and she is heartbroken that this stressful moment may have led to Zeus getting hurt. Zeus now needs urgent surgery to remove the thread and save his life. 

Zeus has been so gentle with Asuka’s five-month-old baby, calmly letting her pet him and often sleeping beside her crib. “He has truly become part of our family and brings warmth and comfort into our home every day,” Asuka shared. 

Asuka is facing severe financial hardship and cannot afford Zeus’s urgent surgery on her own.
