About Milo
When Christine found her cat, Milo, pacing around his litterbox and unable to urinate, her heart sank. Last year, similar behavior had signaled a urinary blockage requiring urgent treatment. Since then, Christine has been feeding Milo a vet-recommended diet to prevent future issues. But back at the animal hospital her fears were confirmed: Milo is suffering from another life-threatening blockage. Veterinarians have told Christine that Milo needs urgent PU surgery to reshape his urethra, allowing him to urinate and preventing future blockages.
Christine is living with multiple sclerosis, and Milo’s companionship has been a great comfort to Christine throughout much uncertainty. Caring for Milo means the world to Christine, who told the VHS that he is the most important part of her life. His loss would be unbearable.
With Christine’s diagnosis, she is unable to work and has nothing to spare for Milo’s surgery. Christine has reached out to the VHS for help. With your support, Milo and Christine can have many happy years together.
Can you donate today to help Milo get the care he needs to return home to Christine?
