Good luck with your surgery, Finn! My dog Noella ate a hand-knit sweater from a neighbours compost pile years ago and had a successful surgery to save her. I remember well how sick she was before her vet helped her. Best wishes.

About Finn
Sweet young Finn was recently rescued by his guardian, Ginny. He is still learning which things are toys and which aren’t in his new home, and he managed to get a hold of some of Ginny’s socks while she was doing her laundry.
He immediately threw up what Ginny thought was everything he had swallowed. When Finn began having symptoms later in the day, including lethargy and the inability to drink water, Ginny rushed Finn to the vet.
Initial testing showed that he is suffering from a blockage and will need surgery to remove the remaining material.
While she does everything she can to ensure Finn is able to live a wholesome and fulfilled life after his rescue, Ginny was not prepared for such extensive vet bills so soon and has used all her funds on the initial appointment and tests. She has reached out to the Vancouver Humane Society for support with the remaining costs.
Can you donate today to help Finn get the surgery he needs to get back to his new life with Ginny?
